Cookie Policy

Last reviewed 15 September 2026

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage Forextity uses, what each category is for, and how to change your mind at any time.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or continue with essential cookies only. Every calculator and tool works with either choice. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings — the banner will then appear again on your next visit.

Categories we use

Essential / functional Keeps the calculators working and remembers your device-side settings — theme, calculator inputs, journal entries, saved targets, and your cookie choice. Stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Forextity

What Forextity stores on your device

  • Theme preference — whether you chose light or dark mode.
  • Calculator state — the inputs and options you last used, so your settings survive a refresh.
  • Journal and saved data — anything you enter into the trade journal or planner tools stays on your device. It is not uploaded to us.
  • Consent choice — the cookie decision you made, so we do not ask again.

None of this identifies you personally, and none of it is sold.

Advertising cookies and regional consent

Ads on Forextity are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to measure and, where permitted, personalise advertising. If you choose "Essential only", we request non-personalised ads, which do not use your activity for ad personalisation.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message that meets the regional requirements, and personalised advertising is only used if you agree. Because that message is governed by Google's certified consent framework, it is delivered in addition to the banner on this site.

You can also control advertising cookies independently through Google's My Ad Center, and through your browser's own cookie controls. Blocking cookies does not block your use of any Forextity tool.

Third-party content

Some pages embed third-party content — for example a charting widget from TradingView or a news feed — which may set its own cookies under the provider's policy. We keep these to a minimum and only load them where they are useful to the page you are on.

How to remove cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and local storage for a specific site: look under Privacy or Site data in your browser's settings. Clearing data for forextity.com removes your saved settings and your consent choice, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
