What to include for a fast reply

• For a calculation issue — the calculator you used, the exact inputs you entered, the result you saw, and the result you expected.
• For a price or data issue — the pair, the value shown, roughly what time you saw it, and your country if the issue may be regional.
• For a bug — the page URL, your browser and device, and a screenshot if you have one.
• For a partnership — who you are, what you are proposing, and the audience or product involved.

We do not provide broker support. For anything about your own trading account — deposits, withdrawals, verification, spreads, or an open position — please contact your broker directly. We have no access to their systems.

How the platform is funded
